Shipping Policy

We start sewing immediately after placing the order. Takes 7-10 working days.
The order is sent on the day the products are ready.
Why so?
We support the values of smart consumption and environmental protection and have a minimal inventory. This helps to avoid overproduction, production of products that may remain unused and conserves natural resources.

Delivery across Ukraine

It is delivered by Nova Poshta to the branch, a post machine or by address delivery "to the door". The delivery time is 1-2 days, and the customer pays for the logistics at the carrier's rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Clothing (sweater)can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the moment of placing the order, provided that it remains in good condition.

Exchanges and returns are categorically not subject to:

- Clothes with signs of wear (smell, stains, damage, etc.), alteration or washing, and goods with a violation of the original packaging (without labels, protective stickers, etc.).
